Physicochemical properties: This product is a transparent viscous liquid from yellowish to brownish yellow. It is soluble in isopropanol, toluene, xylene, paraffin oil, DOP and other organic solvents. It can be emulsified in water and has good compatibility with weak polar and polar materials. Due to the relative stability of water and gas, this product is especially suitable for the treatment of aqueous fillers, such as fillers with water content greater than 2%, or polymer aqueous solution.

Use in plastic composite materials, this product is mainly used to deal with calcium carbonate, ceramsite and other fillers, which can improve the impact strength and fluidity of composite materials, and fill with carbon black, which can improve the conductivity of composite materials.

In the coating industry, this product is mainly used for resins with high water content, such as acrylic coatings. It can improve the dispersion of inorganic fillers such as white carbon black in the polymer, prevent sedimentation, increase the amount of fillers in the coating, and increase the waterproof, fireproof and anticorrosive ability of the coating. This product can be used as the coupling between inorganic filler and organic resin, and also as the coupling between organic resins with different polarity.

In the inorganic mineral filler industry, the treatment of this product can improve the dispersion of fillers in polymers, and increase the amount of fillers in coatings or composite materials.
